Terms and conditions of purchase

Products

All products are new, and come in the official Nurrk packaging. Due to the colour display on the monitor and depending on the monitor settings there may be a slight variation in colour and detail from the actual colour.

Prices

Prices shown include VAT and are valid for mainland Spain only. Prices shown are valid except for typing errors and while stocks last. Prices may vary without prior notice. All sales are made with the corresponding ticket. Products are available for sale while stocks last.

Purchasing process

The customer browses our online shop and adds the items he/she wishes to purchase to his/her basket. Once the selection of articles has been made, the customer chooses the method of payment and delivery. You must register by filling in a form with your personal details, or log in with your password if you are already registered, to finalise your order. Once this process has been completed, you will receive a message to your e-mail address with all the details of your order. If your e-mail address is free (Hotmail, Yahoo, Terra, Gmail, etc.) it is possible that this message will be stored in the "Junk mail" or Spam folders.

Shipping and delivery times

Shipping is FREE for all orders, with no minimum purchase price. The delivery time will depend on the destination and the delivery company, who will inform you of the process. Please note that delivery to a town is often difficult, so carriers do not pass through every day and delivery may be delayed. The times for the delivery methods shown on this website are estimates and start to count from the time the order has left our warehouses. During promotional or sales periods there may be delays in the dispatch of orders from our warehouse. The responsibility for reporting these delays lies with the carrier.

VERY IMPORTANT: INDICATE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS CORRECTLY WHEN PLACING THE ORDER, ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGE OF ADDRESS WILL GENERATE AN ERROR THAT WILL HAVE TO BE SOLVED DIRECTLY WITH THE TRANSPORT COMPANY. If you are requesting an invoice, please remember to inform the portal of this change in good time.

Methods of payment

Credit card. You can pay with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard via the secure payment gateway. All false orders, or attempted fraud, will be reported to the relevant authorities. All necessary information will be provided to assist with the investigation.

Status of your order

From the "My account" section you can find out the status of your order at any time. Click on "My orders" and you will see one of the following statuses: - Payment accepted: your order and payment have been processed correctly and are awaiting preparation. - Preparation in progress: Your order is being prepared and will be shipped shortly. - Shipped: Your order has been shipped (it is no longer possible to cancel it) - Delivered: The courier company has delivered the product to your home address.

Delayed shipments

Although most of the deliveries are made within the indicated deadline, occasionally, delays may occur in shipments due to the current situation before the COVID-19. If you have received an email confirmation of your shipment and have not yet received it, it may be because the courier has not found your address, it has happened at a time when you were absent or there has been some kind of incident. Please contact the courier company indicated on your order.

Warranty and returns

In the event that the product is returned due to lack of conformity, NURRK will offer the USER, depending on each case, the option of a refund of the economic amount paid or the restitution of the product for another of identical characteristics (in the event that there is stock of that product).

How do I make the return? I'm sure you don't want to return it, but if for any reason you need to return one of our products within 15 days after receipt of the goodsSimply contact us by email at Nurrk.Atelier@gmail.com or by telephone on 627 91 91 09 / 876642197, indicating: the order reference number (you can find it in the confirmation email of your purchase), the reason for the return, as well as your name, your address and a time slot in which you prefer the collection to be made. Pack your product in the packaging in which you received it and we will collect it in a few days. However: In case of return due to incorrect delivery, it will be necessary to deliver the product with the packaging in perfect condition, that the product and its accessories are in perfect condition, as well as to pack the product in such a way that it is not possible for it to deteriorate during transport, assuming any possible damage during transport. NURRK will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use or make-up stains. In the event of a defective product, the user will try to return the product in the best possible condition. The refund will be made according to the way in which the user had initially paid for the purchase and as long as the aforementioned requirements are met. The economic refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 days (depending on the customer's bank).

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties except for shipping costs, being an essential requirement that you contact within a maximum period of 48 hours with the customer service department by using the contact form or by writing an email to Nurrk.Atelier@gmail.com. However, in order to carry out the return, the product must be delivered with the packaging in perfect condition, the product and its accessories must be in perfect condition, and the product must be packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport, the latter being responsible for any possible damage during transport. NURRK will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use. The returned product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the delivery note.
