Shipping costs

Shipping costs will depend on your location and will be automatically calculated before confirming your purchase.

• 📍 Spain (Pen í nsula): € 4.95 / free on orders + € 150

• 🇪🇺 European Union :

◦ Standard : € 12.99 / free on orders over € 200

◦ Express : € 15

• 🌍 Rest of the world:

◦ Standard : € 19.99 / free on orders over € 250

◦ Express : € 25

Shipping to the Canary Islands or outside Europe

Since we are located in Spain (mainland ) , international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes separate from the shipping cost. These charges, set by each local authority, are the buyer's responsibility and are payable upon receipt of the package.

Approximate delivery times

• 📍 Spain and Portugal (Peninsula ): 24 – 48 business hours.

• 🇪🇺 Europe (express shipping ) : 1–3 business days.

• 🇪🇺 Europe (standard shipping): 3–5 business days.

• 🌍 International: 5 – 7 business days . 

Please note that during busy periods (sales, Christmas, etc.) delivery times may be slightly longer, and although we work with the best couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control .

 

At Nurrk , we want you to enjoy your purchase without worries. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can easily return your items or request a size or product exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

The return price depends on your location :

• Spain and Portugal: € 4.99

• Europe: € 12.99

• Rest of the world: € 19.99

Once we receive your return and verify that the items are in perfect condition, we will process the refund. This process can take up to 7 business days .

SIZE CHANGES

At Nurrk we understand that sometimes finding your perfect size the first time isn't easy .

That's why we offer you the first exchange free of charge (we'll cover the cost of the new shipment ).

IMPORTANT: Please note that for international shipments, customs fees or import taxes must be borne by the customer at the destination.
