By using this website, you agree to:
- Use the site only to browse, make inquiries, and place orders.
- Not place any speculative, false, or fraudulent orders.
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your orders, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Nurrk sells its products exclusively through the website www.nurrk.com. We are not responsible for counterfeit products or unauthorized resales through third parties.
FORMALIZATION OF THE SALE
- Products can be selected by browsing our catalog and added to your cart.
- Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the total amount including shipping costs, if applicable.
- Promotional codes or gift cards may be used according to their conditions.
- Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. This does not constitute acceptance.
- The sale is formalized only when we send you the shipping confirmation email. Only the products listed in this confirmation are included in the sale.
We reserve the right not to accept an order in cases such as technical errors, stock shortages, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if the customer does not meet the requirements set forth in these Terms.
AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE AND SHIPPING
- Nurrk ships worldwide, subject to applicable shipping fees.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Spain & Portugal: 24–48 hours (business days)
- Europe (express): 1–3 business days
- Europe (standard): 3–5 business days
- International: 5–7 business days
Please note: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), delivery times may be longer. Nurrk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Customs charges: For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid upon delivery.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of stock shortages, Nurrk will refund any payments made via the original payment method or store credit.
We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time without liability.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Products displayed on our website include photographs and descriptions. Please note that colors shown on-screen may differ slightly from the actual product.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
- Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
- We strive for accuracy, but if an error in pricing occurs, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options available at checkout.
- Payments are subject to authorization by the issuing financial entity. Orders will not be shipped until authorization is received.
DELIVERIES
Orders are prepared and shipped from Spain. If you are not available at delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery or leave your package at a pick-up point.
If a package is not collected within the courier’s timeframe, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the order will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and labels.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Shipping costs are not refunded.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
Defective products:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at nurrk@nurrk.com or via WhatsApp at +34 646 686 746.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost (customs charges may apply outside the EU).
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time, Nurrk may offer promotions, raffles, or discounts. Each promotion will have specific conditions, communicated via official channels.
Nurrk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions where justified. Products obtained through raffles or promotions may not be exchanged or returned.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable. Products purchased with a gift card will be refunded only to the same payment method.
LIABILITY
Our liability for any product purchased through our website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of such product.
Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage or transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or security of any information transmitted or obtained through this site, unless expressly stated otherwise. Furthermore, in the event of a clear computer error or technical malfunction affecting published prices or the purchasing process, we reserve the right not to accept any order.
WARRANTY
All Nurrk products are of satisfactory quality, fit for use, and guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects for three (3) years from the purchase date indicated on the invoice.
From the second year onwards, any defects will not be presumed to be manufacturing defects.
Warranty applies only upon presentation of proof of purchase and excludes damages due to wear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
This warranty is without prejudice to your legal rights under applicable consumer laws.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (texts, images, designs, logos, etc.) remains the exclusive property of Boroglam, S.L. (Nurrk). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Product returns sent directly to this address will not be accepted.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, or disruptions in transport or telecommunications.
ASSIGNMENT AND WAIVER
The customer may not assign or transfer rights under these Terms without written consent from Nurrk.
Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
SEVERABILITY
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in force.
AMENDMENTS
Nurrk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, without retroactive effect.
PREVALENCE
In case of discrepancy between these Terms and the FAQ section, these Terms shall prevail.
The Spanish version of these Terms shall prevail over translations.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
