Refund policy

At Nurrk we want you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your garments or request a size/product exchange easily within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

To request a return, just go here with your order number and your postcode.

The return fee depends on your location:

•     Spain and Portugal: 4.99 €

•     Europe: 12.99 €

•     Rest of the world: 19.99 €

Once we receive your return and confirm that the garments are in perfect condition, we will process the corresponding refund. This can take up to 7 business days.

ARCHIVE SALE

Archive Sale items belong to archive collections and are offered under special terms and pricing. For this reason, returns of these products will not be refunded to the original payment method. Instead, a credit voucher will be issued for the value of the return, which can be used to shop at Nurrk until 31 December 2026.

SIZE EXCHANGES

At Nurrk we understand that finding your perfect size first time is not always easy.

That is why we offer the first exchange free of charge (we cover the cost of the new shipment).

IMPORTANT: please note that on international shipments, customs duties and import taxes must be paid by the customer at destination.
